The experience of wholeness is found in the heart and is the heart’s natural state. Many of us have vacated our heart’s in response to life’s hurts and have conscious or unconscious fears of returning to our own hearts.
The way to overcome those fears is to simply inhabit your own heart. Inhabiting your heart is not something you understand with your mind, it is instead an experience.
